Making an Appointment
A pre-payment is needed to hold any massage appointment at Just4Her Day spa. After you choose the date and booked your appointment you will receive a confirmation email with a payment request. We recommend reserving an appointment 24 hours in advance in order to ensure availability; however, we are delighted to accommodate you on short notice if we have an opening.
ARRIVAL TO YOUR MASSAGE
Please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes prior to the schedule starting time. This allows you to fill out the appropriated client form (new clients) change and prepare for the service. All massages have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience

If you do not give notice you will be charged a $35 fee per hour the 1st time. The 2nd time it happens and anytime thereafter, you are charged for the full price of the massage or treatment missed. Emergency cancellations are determined at the practitioner’s discretion.
• Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. If late arrival is inevitable your service (s) session will be shortened in order to keep schedule. The original treatment time will be charged full price.
• If you have a cold, flu, sore throat, stomach virus, poison ivy, skin rash, anything contagious please reschedule your appointment Online or call 214 280 1597
• Please do not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs because massage can be dangerous to you under these conditions.
• Clients must provide a health history and update when necessary.
• Sexual harassment is not tolerated.
• If the practitioner’s safety feels compromised, the session is stopped immediately.
• Do not eat a heavy meal less than two hours prior to the treatment.
